Recipe:

In a shaker tin, add:

• 2 ounces sugar cane-infused Ketel One vodka
• ¾ ounce lime juice
• ¾ ounce simple syrup

Add ice and shake to combine. Strain into three coupe glasses and top each with one of three garnishes: absinthe marshmallows, a rose-and-peach blossom lollipop, or a chocolate truffle made with Baileys Irish Cream and Ron Zacapa rum.

What is the name of your cocktail?
Pony Land

What inspired this garnish?
We wanted to make a game out of the garnish and have it be another way to interact with the guest. I thought it would be interesting to have one of three homemade garnishes, depending on which card you choose, melt into the cocktail to give it added flavor.

What’s the inspiration behind this cocktail?
We tried to imagine a great base cocktail that would lend well to various types of added flavor and landed on the classic daiquiri. There are so many great variations to the daiquiri it felt perfect for this setting. Instead of using a rum for the cocktail we thought of infusing Ketel One with sugar cane to give it that daiquiri taste.
