What is the name of your cocktail?
What inspired this garnish?
I wanted something that was elegant and powerful, like a tiger in the wild. I liked the idea of blending technique with organic simplicity. Plus sad-girl music.
What’s the inspiration behind this cocktail?
I really love the color and taste of pomegranate, and I knew I wanted something with a little heat that also explored depth. Once I came up with the name, it all made sense. A cocktail that is beautiful and elegant with a flavor that is strong and has a bite. Tiger’s Jaw.
