MELT WITH US
Recipe:
In a tin mixer, combine:
• 1 ounce George Dickel Classic No. 8 whiskey
• ½ ounce Ron Zacapa 23 rum
• ¾ ounce chai simple syrup
• 15 drops Gnome Root Beer Extract
Add ice and shake. Strain into a goblet, add an optional splash of Coca-Cola, and top with our upside-down garnish of one scoop of melted, soft-serve ice cream with sprinkles in a handmade cone.

What inspired this garnish?
The opening of our neighbor dessert shop, Melted. The beautiful cones caught our eye immediately!
What’s the inspiration behind this cocktail?
We wanted the cocktail to be something fun and possibly unique. Throughout the creation of the cocktail and garnish, we continuously thought about what we would like to drink and what would be a cocktail we couldn’t miss!
