Recipe:
In a shaker with ice, combine:
• 1-1/2 ounces Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
• 3/4 ounce Absinthe
• 1/2 ounce Manzanilla Sherry
• 3 3/4 ounce Lime Coconut Milk Blend
• 1 Egg White
Shake vigorously. Strain into clean tin. Dry shake for approximately 2 minutes.
In a chilled fountain glass, combine:
• 1-1/2 ounces of soda
• 1-1/2 ounces sparkling wine
Slowly add the contents from the tin into the fountain glass until it reaches the rim. Wait approximately 90 seconds, then pour remaining contents of the tin into the center of the drink, creating a foamy top. Generously coat the top of drink with Manzanilla Sherry-infused coconut flakes. Serve with a pair of 3D glasses.
